Honeymilk

 

 In collaboration with various women from Pike County, Georgia, these visuals serve as a means of entrance to conversation about the realities and myths of raising children in the rural south, from both insider and outsider perspectives. Through research and story telling, we create and construct images that  subtly unpack larger ideas about post-colonial systems, the legacy of inequity, the perpetuation of violence and the effect this has on domesticity over time.
