  1. Participates in curriculum improvement, course development, course enhancement, and on-going program evaluation in the specific discipline.

2. Effectively create and implement teaching materials.

3. Demonstrates effective student achievement of learning outcomes.

4. Demonstrates teaching effectiveness refers to the competence of the instructor in classrooms (hybrid, online, or face-to-face)

5. Demonstrates effectiveness in supervision of independent studies, internships, grant mentorship and guidance of student scholarly outputs (professional papers, artistic projects, thesis).

6. Obtain and maintain membership on the Graduate Faculty

7. Demonstrates excellence; faculty self-reflection and evaluation, including appropriate supporting evidence and student course evaluation feedback.
